Callouts that lead nowhere
A guard drives out at two in the morning. It was a fox. The fuel, the hours and the callout fee are gone anyway.
AI video verification
Every camera alarm goes past our AI first. A cat on the roof, rain on the lens: the alert stops there. Someone climbing your fence is with the control room in seconds.
Runs on the cameras you already have. Nothing to rip out, no extra screens.
The problem
Remote detection works fine. The trouble starts when the alerts arrive. Most of them are nothing, and sorting the nothing from the something costs real money.
A guard drives out at two in the morning. It was a fox. The fuel, the hours and the callout fee are gone anyway.
Clip after clip turns out to be rain on the lens or cows in the next field. Someone still has to look at every one of them.
After the fiftieth false alarm, people stop hurrying. That is fine right up until the alarm is real.
How it works
Lumyo sits between your cameras and the control room. Your detection stays as it is. We handle what happens after it fires.
A camera or detector on site fires. Lumyo grabs the footage from that exact moment.
The model looks at what is in frame. A person, a vehicle, an animal, or the weather.
Noise is suppressed and logged, so you can still go back to it. A real incident gets confirmed and labelled.
The verified alarm goes to your control room or app, with the footage that backs it up.
What the AI judges
There are two ways to get this wrong. Wave through a cat, or hold back a burglar. The second one is the one that matters.
When the model is not sure, the alarm goes through. Better one wasted look than one missed break-in.
Use cases
Empty sites, temporary set-ups, anywhere nobody is around after dark. The more grass, weather and wildlife in frame, the more alerts you get for nothing.
Moved every few weeks, often to a field with no power and no fence.
Big, remote, full of grass and rabbits, and lit differently every hour of the day.
Copper, tools and plant standing there from Friday evening until Monday.
Shop floors, stock rooms and the yard round the back.
Constant movement, nearly all of it people fetching their own car.
A fence line nobody can sit and watch camera by camera.
Loading docks and truck parks, where a loaded trailer sits still for hours.
Tell us where your cameras are and where it goes wrong.
Get in touchWhy Lumyo
You should not need a project plan for this. Lumyo runs on the installation that is already up.
Axis, Dahua, Hikvision, whatever is on the pole. Nothing gets swapped out for our sake.
Connect it and it runs. No network rebuild, no IT specialist on site.
The models get better centrally. You never roll anything out.
Video moves between the site and the platform over an encrypted link.
Designed for what security networks are now held to, NIS2 included.
Only the clips that matter cross the network. It works over 4G.
Integrations
Lumyo connects to the usual camera and VMS brands, and passes verified alarms on to your control room or app.
FAQ
Yes. Almost any IP camera will do. Nothing gets replaced and nothing gets added. Your detection keeps running the way it does now, and we look at what comes out of it.
Seconds. Nobody in the control room notices a delay. A real alarm still lands the way it always did, just without fifty others around it.
The alarm goes through. We would rather send you something you did not need than hold back something you did, so a person makes the call.
Only the clips attached to an event get processed, over an encrypted connection. How long they are kept, and where they sit, is set to match your own policy and the GDPR.
Verified alarms go to your control room or app with the footage attached. We set that connection up during installation.
A subscription per connected camera, with nothing large to pay up front. What it comes to depends on how many cameras and how many sites. Ask for a demo and we will put a number on it.
Demo
Send us the site that keeps waking people up at night. We will run its footage through Lumyo and show you what is left of the alerts.
